Our team

All the staff at Waltham Chase Pre-School have shared responsibility for the care and welfare of all children. The staff support the children through their developmental journey whilst at Pre-School. Each child is allocated a Key Person who carries out observations and tracks the child's progress, as well as setting targets and liaising with parents. All staff undertake regular training to keep their knowledge up to date and to continue to develop their skills.
